Lisa Anna Palmer, Founder & CEO of Light Your Leadership Inc. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and executive leadership training, she delivers keynotes, is the international best-selling author of "Light A Fire In Their Hearts: The Truth About Leadership," and the creator of the LYLTalks podcast.

Palmer started her career as a consultant for PwC, as part of the Organizational Renewal Group. She led reengineering teams and led international best practices research projects on a range of HR topics. For 14 years, Palmer worked as a trusted senior advisor for vice presidents and senior management teams at federal employers.

Palmer is now devoted to her life's work to elevate and scale leaders who put people and planet first. She and her team deliver coaching, mentoring, and training so that leaders can climb the corporate ladder and unleash potential while staying true to themsleves. She believes that together we can make the world a better workplace.

With a B.A. in Psychology, she is a Certified Extreme Leadership Facilitator, Certified Pro-Active Coach, Certified Passion Test Facilitator, and Cross-Cultural Competencies Facilitator. Fluent in three languages (four if you count Friulian), she trains, coaches, and mentors managers and executives at all levels to develop their leadership from the inside out by helping them raise their self-awareness. She guides them to connect with people and strengthen relationships with compassion, courage, and competence. Lisa has deep insight into the inner workings of the corporate world. She has extensive experience leading teams responsible for HR Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Strategy & Policy.
