Lisa Anna Palmer, with over 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and executive leadership training, is the international best-selling author of "Light A Fire In Their Hearts: The Truth About Leadership".
Palmer started her career as a consultant for PwC, as part of the Organizational Renewal Group, where she led reengineering teams, and conducted international best practices research on HR policies, teams, communications, and other related topics. For nearly 14 years, Palmer worked with government employers, including Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation, and the Royal Canadian Mint. She has experience collaborating and co-developing joint initiatives with unions to help foster engaging and inclusive work environments.
With a B.A. in Psychology, she is a Certified Extreme Leadership Facilitator, Certified Pro-Active Coach, Certified Passion Test Facilitator, and Cross-Cultural Competencies Facilitator. Fluent in three languages (four if you count Friulian), she trains, coaches, and mentors managers and executives at all levels to develop their leadership from the inside out.
